Purchasing real estate can be a complicated process with many moving parts and little room for error. I recognize this and look out for my clients. I am an excellent communicator and I take great care to make sure clients are well informed and are aware of their options at every turn. As a skilled negotiator, I rely on my interpersonal skills to build rapport and consensus on both sides of transactions. My peers and clients have complimented me about my honesty and professionalism. In order to make sure my clients achieve their goals, I figure out what matters most to them. This personal approach distinguishes me from many other agents who view their clients as sales units. By focusing on building long-term relationships with clients based on follow-through and results, I frequently receive referrals to new clients from former clients. I earned a Masters of Business Administration in International Business from American University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Howard University.
